For the construction of the fourth annual Superpark, Powder enlisted seven of the sport's best athletes to assist Mammoth Mountain's Unbound Terrain Park crew in designing signature features.

When the 60 invited pros arrived on site, there were mixed reactions. Some found the hits too big, while other felt they'd discovered a fantasyland - a terrain park with the size and diversity that would finally allow them to showcase their true talents. Following a two-day spring storm that buried the park in two feet of snow, the skiers took to the air. The park proved both a blessing and a curse. Several riders, unfortunately, paid the price of injury. But as the hours and days passed, the best of the best rose to the top. It was a four-day session that won't be forgotten.
